Aaron Owens is a cartographer making art from marginal landscapes that intersect human and natural forms. His work explores surveillance, themes of human versus nature and holisCc approaches to modern ecology. Owens’s most recent series, Order (2018), uClizes new advances in drone technology to photograph birds-eye images of the Saint Louis region. He received his BS in Geography from California State University Sacramento. His work is featured in VIEW magazine, the Tube Magazine, andThe Moon Zine. He lives and works in Saint Louis.
